You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. In this case, your full order amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
If the item you ordered has already been shipped but has not yet been delivered, you may still request a cancellation. Please do not accept the delivery, and once the parcel is returned to us, the refund (excluding shipping, return, and handling charges) will be initiated after we receive the returned parcel at our facility.
Unfortunately, once an item has been delivered, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for information on returns of unopened or defective items.
How long will it take to process my cancellation request?
Once you submit a cancellation request, we will process it within 1–2 business days and confirm by email. If your order has already been shipped. Please do not accept delivery if cancellation has been confirmed, so the parcel can be returned to us.
Refunds are initiated only after we receive the cancelled returned parcel at our facility. Once processed, refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Additional Information
For prepaid orders, refunds will be made to the same account or card used during purchase. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer or store credit upon request.
All cancellations are subject to verification and approval by WOW Publishings (P) Ltd. in accordance with our standard order processing timelines and logistics constraints.
