Did you know that at any given time you are with four bodies on Earth? They are the material body made of food, the breath layer which energizes the material body, the mind layer or the thought layer, and the wisdom-intellect layer. This whole human composition has been called as Mano-Sharir-Yantra (MSY) in Hindi which stands for Body-Mind-Mechanism.

Now, among these four bodies, the material body and the breath layers form the gross body that we feel strongly on Earth. This body is called the B-MSY. The subtle layers of the mind and wisdom-intellect form the subtle body which is called the A-MSY. The A-MSY is a human personality at the non-material plain that contains the blueprint of the B-MSY. So, what is illness and how does man actually get cured of it? Every sign that shows on the human body is first impressed on the A-MSY and then manifests on the B-MSY. Energy imbalances are caused by external factors like weather or improper food and by internal accumulated emotions. If the A-MSY is impressed by these, it manifests as illness in the B-MSY.

But did you know that the A-MSY has infinite potential because it has no boundaries like the skin that has packaged the B-MSY? But, so long as the A-MSY is associated with the B-MSY in earthly life, it is bound by the knowledge or ignorance that it is fed through the senses. Once the B-MSY returns to its elements, the A-MSY detaches and continues its journey in the subtle plane, free of all physical trauma that it underwent on Earth. Ancient sages and medicinal practitioners who lived with ease in unbelievably harsh conditions knew and tapped the power of the A-MSY. Today this knowledge has been lost to man.

Just like organic matter, air, and water are food for the B-MSY, the food for the A-MSY is information and understanding. This food shapes its beliefs which manifest during its life on Earth. Understand how beliefs work with this with a simple example. Recall the time when your body is ill. How insecure you feel and worry about what is going to happen until you meet the doctor. Now the doctor knows the cure and assures you that a few medicines will set it right. Just this talk with the doctor sets you at ease. You can notice how more than half of your dis-ease is already cured. So, you fed the A-MSY with information and the cure began!

There have been several cases where people were cured with plain saccharine pills in the name of medicine. Often there have been cases where a person attended a seminar and came out cured of some very persistent ailments by just listening. Some belief that he had held onto, was released and the cure happened. It appears miraculous. But most cures are due to the release of faith and letting go of a false belief that man had held on to.

Here is a powerful piece of information that is food for the A-MSY that can do miracles to physical and mental health. There is a house of bricks where a new brick replaces an old one every day. But since the change is so small, the owner does not notice it. Also, the paint changes from light blue to a brighter shade every day ever so slightly. Not just that, the cement mortar is being gradually replaced by fresh material. Even the old material in the pillars is being gradually replaced. In a span of a couple of years, the whole house is new, but the owner never notices. You may have guessed that the house is nothing but the B-MSY. Every cell and bone in your body is new in a couple of years.
